All orders from private customers with a shipping address in Germany are shipped free of charge from a value of 40€ onwards. Delivery costs 2.90€ for baskets with a value of less than 40€.

Our hard-working packers dash through our warehouse and carefully put together your packages. If you order before 12 p.m., they will (usually) be on their way to you on the same day.

Even if our boxes don't always look good, it feels good. We send almost all boxes that reach us back on the road. This saves a lot of new packaging material.

Return rules
We can't accept washed or used goods. Maybe you will find someone in your environment who is happy about it. In the event of a complaint or if we have made a mistake with a delivery, always contact us. In the event of a defect, please also email us a photo of the defect.
If you do not use the return label to return the goods or if you want to return goods from outside Germany, you have to bear the costs for the return yourself.
