Vest extenders are a brilliant idea! The small piece of fabric with snaps on both ends is buttoned to an ordinary vest and lengthens it by 7cm - about one dress size.
If your baby grows fast and you feel like you have to get the next size all too soon, then this handy accessory is just right for you! The extender helps you save money, because your baby can wear his vests much longer.
The avo+cado extenders fit most of the popular brands. A pack of three includes an extender with 5mm snaps, one with 7mm snaps and one with 9mm snaps. So almost all vests are covered. The buttons are about 2cm apart.
Of course these extenders are also extremely useful over a night nappy or larger cloth nappy bottoms. The extra length in the crotch area fits easily over a fitted nappy with extra inserts and a cover and prevents any stretching of the fabric.
